The Team Behind Everything

Jim was looking for a company to remodel their bathroom when he stumbled across another refacing company that was in need of his business/management background. He worked there for several years when he approached his wife, Marva, with the idea of opening New Look Refacing together. Originally New Look specialized in cabinet refacing but soon realized that their clients needed more options for their kitchens and bathrooms. Hence New Look added three (3) lines of cabinetry and repainting/restaining to their repertoire. Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Marva, and their “fur babies” – Rocky their 200 pound English Mastiff dog, and their cat, Kitty Mak.

Marva initially helped get the ball rolling in the beginning of New Look’s start up process but soon became more involved in all aspects of the business. With her many years of managing/consulting experience it made it easy for Marva to provide exceptional personalized customer service and that is what she loves to do! We found our clients appreciate having a female’s perspective especially when it comes to designing their project. Marva is passionate about working with clients to obtain the kitchen or bath of their dreams and working to stay within their budget! She enjoys giving back to others and volunteers to several charitable organizations in her spare time.

Debbie Steinkellner CONSULTANT

After many years of living in Indiana, Debbie and her husband decided to retire to Fayetteville in 2016. Prior to moving here they began the process of remodeling their home and they knew that their kitchen was at the top of their long list. Working with numerous contractors they boasted that the kitchen refacing project done by New Look was by far the best experience they had. She enjoyed working with New Look’s team so much that when she noticed an ad for employment she immediately called to inquire about the position and she was hired. What a great testimony to have her onboard having gone through the process from a client’s perspective!

Debbie has her Bachelors of Business and spent her previous career at one of the largest steel mills in Indiana. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their three (3) grandchildren. Debbie also enjoys making crafts and gardening when she has spare time.

Rocky Cooper Chief Drooling Officer (CDO) & Mascot and Billboard Star

Rocky (Jim and Marva’s 9 ½ year old 200 pound English Mastiff) has been our Chief Drooling Officer (CDO) for over 4 1/2 years now and we feel he is the best in the industry! His picture is on a billboard sign located on Highway 74 (Senoia Road) right before Highway 85 in front of Taco Bell. Rocky‘s hobbies (since he’s getting up in age) include sleeping, eating, and eating and sleeping. We hope he is with us for many more years to come!
